  • Career Center

    Career Center - UCR's Career Center is dedicated to "Connect, Inspire and Empower current students and alumni on their career paths.”

  • R’Professional Career Closet

    R’Professional Career Closet - The Career Center and ASUCR have joined forces to offer an online and contact-less experience for acquiring professional wear through the R’Professional Career Closet (Online). The R’Professional Career Closet was created to professionally prepare students for the workforce with tools, preparation and professional attire for interviews, career fairs, and/or networking events.

Health & Wellness

  • Food

    Cal Fresh provides qualifying students with up to $204 a month to buy healthy, nutritious foods. It’s a federally mandated, state-supervised, and county-operated government entitlement program that provides monthly food benefits to qualified Highlanders. These benefits can be used at various local grocery and convenience stores, most farmers markets, Scotty's convenience store located at the Highlander Union Building (HUB) and now online

    Grocery Support - Short-Term Grocery Support is intended for UCR undergraduate and graduate students who are experiencing food insecurity and need additional financial support to purchase groceries.

    R’Garden - The 3-acre space includes a community garden, row crops, a Valencia orchard and a greenhouse area where members of the UCR community can grow fresh produce. Some of the fruits and vegetables grown are given to R'Pantry. Students are welcome to pick fruits and vegetables for free, and are invited to help harvest or plant new crops. Located next to Lot 30 Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–sunset; Saturday, 9 a.m.–12 p.m.; Sunday, 5 p.m.–sunset.

    Cooking Well - Come by the SRC's classroom kitchen for weekly healthy cooking classes to learn how to prepare your own meals and try some good eats.

  • Student Affairs Case Management

    Student Affairs Case Management - If you're struggling with an issue, whether it’s medical, psychological, psychiatric, social, financial or academic, Case Managers will listen. They will help you brainstorm, problem solve and ultimately connect you to the right resources.

  • The Well

    The Well - The WELL is UCR's wellness center and health promotion department, and provides education, trainings, resources, and programming for students in a variety of health and wellness topic areas through a network of peer educators, mentors and professionals.

  • Housing

    Emergency Housing - Short-Term Emergency Housing Program provides undergraduate and graduate students with temporary housing if they are experiencing housing displacement or homelessness. Our goal is to ensure our students' safety and provide them with adequate time to acquire permanent and secure housing. Placement is subject to space availability and individual student circumstances.

  • Physical and Mental Services

    Counseling and Psychological Services - Enrolled UCR students can receive free services, regardless of UCSHIP insurance.

  • Student Health Services

    Student Health Services - UC Riverside Student Health Services (SHS) provides a range of health care and services to currently enrolled undergraduate and graduate students, including primary care, women's health, dental care, and lab services. SHS is offering virtual appointments and limited in-person appointments during the campus closure. Please call (951) 827-3031 to schedule an appointment.

  • UCR Student Recreation Center

    UCR Student Recreation Center - If you’re a UCR student, you’re already a member! The cost of your gym membership is included in your UCR tuition.

    Riverside Transit Agency - UCR students can ride RTA buses for free with their R'Card.

  • Zipcar

    Zipcar - With a $15 for a student membership, UCR students can rent cars on campus for a few hours or a whole day.

    Waze Carpooling - Waze Carpool can also help you find someone to share the ride with to campus. Download the Waze Carpool app (iOS/Android) and be sure to add your campus email address to your profile so that you are matched with others in the UCR community.

    Rakuten - Cash back earning website for thousands of popular online stores. Receive free money after your friends create and use an account from your reference. The website will mail you a check every few months with the cashback you’ve earned.

    Fetch Rewards - Earn free rewards just by scanning your grocery receipts. Scan every grocery receipt after you shop and Fetch Rewards finds you savings.
